Clients must provide a minimum of 15 days' written notice for cancellations to qualify for a refund.
Cancellation requests received after the service has begun are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Services or Fees
Setup fees, initial consultation charges, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
Membership plans and ongoing services already rendered are not eligible for a refund.
